This page explains what we do with personal information you give us through gippslandnaturalvet.com.au. Gippsland Natural Veterinary is a single-practitioner mobile veterinary practice operated by Dr Jacqui Mills in East Gippsland, Victoria. We collect very little, and we don't sell or share anything with anyone.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone, suburb, pet type, the service you're interested in, and your message. Used to respond to your enquiry.
- Phone and email enquiries: whatever you choose to share when you contact us directly.
- Anonymous browsing data such as your IP address and the page visited, kept briefly in our webserver logs.
How we use it
Form submissions, phone calls and emails are used only to respond to your enquiry and to provide care for your pet. We don't add you to mailing lists, we don't run any marketing campaigns, and we don't sell or share your details with third parties.
Third-party tools we use
- Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to filter automated submissions. Privacy-preserving by design, no behaviour profiling. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts for the website typography. Google's servers see your IP address when fonts load. Google's privacy policy.
- SMTP email for delivering form submissions to our inbox.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, or any cross-site tracking.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages and clinical notes: kept as part of our veterinary records, as required by professional and regulatory obligations.
- General email enquiries: kept until we've responded and a reasonable period after, then deleted.
- Webserver logs: rotated regularly.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete the information (subject to anything we're required to keep as part of veterinary records).

Cookies
The site uses a small amount of browser storage where needed for the page to work (for example, remembering a closed banner). No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we'll update the date at the top of the page.
